The Board of Directors of Respite Day Services of Oxford, Inc. welcomes Julia Burnett as the new Program Coordinator for Memory Makers. Julia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Millsaps College and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Alabama. Her most recent professional experience was with the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing therapy and treatment coordination in a residential PTSD treatment program. She also has experience in community mental health.
Julia and her family recently relocated to Oxford from Jackson, MS for her husband (Jody) to serve as the Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. They have a one year old son, Stewart. Julia began working at Memory Makers on September 1st, and we are delighted to have her as our new Program Coordinator!
